Audrey Lavine, CPO®

Audrey Lavine

The North Carolina accent has all but been erased, but the charm typically associated with southern style helps Audrey Lavine, CPO® win the confidence of people baring their bursting file cabinets and cluttered closets. A New Yorker since 1973, Audrey is equally at ease in residential and corporate settings, working with the “organizationally impaired,” as well as people simply too busy to keep up with multifaceted lives and growing businesses. She has organized moves and relocations, from the real estate search to staffing, and has helped set up home offices and studios for professionals working in tight spaces. She uses her creativity and professionalism in supporting clients through any organizing challenge.

Technology brings its own clutter and organizing issues, and Audrey excels at helping clients find technology solutions that work. She is particularly skilled at solving the unique problems of individuals and families with multiple careers, or whose work involves the arts, design or creative endeavors. A confessed recovering clutterer, Audrey is an experienced public speaker and workshop leader, and has appeared before professional guilds, corporations, city agencies, non-profit organizations, and on national radio (clutter call-ins!) and television.

Doing business as Life·Support Systems since 1988, Audrey is the Past President of the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers. She is the founder of the Organizers’ Network of New York, was a founding member of the group that evolved into the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization, and continues to be actively involved with NAPO-NY, the New York Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Audrey is currently expanding her practice to include western Massachusetts.
